@CornFlakes I already missed a working balcony door when the outside environment not existed yet, but here we are, balcony still not accessible without noclipping ‒ despite it's fully textured like if it's meant to be accessible.

If I add a door to let you access the balcony, I will have to modelize at least 5 new buildings. ;)
But because you will also be able to see the left side of the map, I will have to enhance the 3D skybox.

That's about 5-6 full time days of work. But since I'm now employed, it would be more something like 2-3 weeks. :3

I understand your frustration, and the project remains on hold, perhaps for a DarkRP map in the future. However, given the time and investment it requires, please understand that I couldn't offer it for this map.
Keep in mind that this add-on only concerns the apartment; modeling the entire exterior of the city would have been irrelevant. :')

Yes it appeared sometimes during my tests. I think it's a bug in Source Engine. I reported this bug to Facepunch but I don't think they will one day fix it.

For me the texture are weird, the table is plain black, and so is the bed!

J'ai principalement utilisé les matériaux et modèles 3D des appartements de GTA V:Online, portés par Mark2580. C'est normal et assez volontaire. Le but initial de cette map était d'expérimenter le moteur graphique avec différents paramètres. :3
Je l'ai publié car le rendu est pas trop mal.

the clouds are missing textures even though i enabled hdr, is it possible to remove it without always spawning skybox editor?

No, Mark wasn't directly involved. I only used the assets he ported. But I understand your point of view. Thus, this can be said for all GTA Online things. They are the king of recycling at R*.
