The scenario has two zones: the spawn zone and the actual scenario zone. For objects to appear, the player must be in the spawn zone, and for them to disappear, the player must leave the scenario zone and ensure that no one returns before the timer expires.

I didn't quite understand the question, what exactly needed to be explained?
1 - If there are players in the scenario zone, then nothing will respawn in that zone, but if there are no people and the timer passes, then everyone will disappear and when you enter the spawn zone, everyone will respawn.
2 - There is currently no feature that allows some types of objects to remain forever, only if they go outside the scenario zone and the checkbox that deletes objects that go outside the zone is not checked.
since it would be cool to have One activation like it Once happens and when you kill few npcs and leave then come back those npcs that were killed STAYS killed and only those stay what were alive.

Perhaps you have not saved the objects. Your scenario should be in the list of scenario.

Zbase NPCs started working unexpectedly yesterday, and they doesn't appear as giant errors with guns anymore. I don't know why but it got fixed by itself it appears lol
But this will definitely not happen anytime soon, because I need to understand why this is happening and this is a lot of work.
