I digress im being bossy, good stuff

you can hit L in edit mode over a mesh (thats selected) which will select the "Loose Topology" and pull up F3 and type shade flat or shade smooth, so that not everything is shaded in a particular way

guessing youre a beginner, which is fine for what style of lowpoly youre making, if it were me id make random selections of the character shaded flat and other selections shaded smooth

it is supossed to be like that cuz its lowpoly model, smooth shade looks ugly on it.

if you're peckish you can select an entire edge loop (alt click on a line of vertices or "edges" in edit mode) and hit F3 and type mark Sharp, then itll mark that specific edge as sharp, creating the illusion that there's a crease in the topology even though theres not

@somti judging from the screenshot everything is shaded flat, meaning the shapes will look sharp in blender therefore in gmod, right click the mesh in blender in object mode and hit shade smooth, then it'll look s m o o t h
