Второй упомянутый мод решает баг тройной несовместимости Standard Vehicle Upgrades, анимацией и Fancy Handwork. Так что если чем-то из этих трех не пользуетесь то его тоже можно смело игнорировать.

Technically - no. Due to a bug that slipped through hasty release of the latest version one of the nascars is not animated. The one with numbers 34 on the side IIRC.
It would be fixrd in future versions, but at this moment the bug is still there waiting till I have enough time to make a new update between my jobs and other mods.
But other than that - as far as I know all B42 and B41 vanilla vehicles are animated.

But yes, there are a bunch of vehicles - including Utility pickups and a bunch of Vans that I haven't animated yet. They are getting animations... eventually. However if having a mix of animated and nonanimated vehicles bothers you - PZK Animated comes with an optional submod that refences the table of animated vehicles and prevents spawning of PZK vehicles that arte not on the list. It can be added mid-save safely, but would not touch vehicles that were already spawned.
Unfortunately I have been receiving some reports that some mod conflicts appear to prevent it from working. And in the limited time I have to work on mods I wasn't able to pinpoint and fix this conflict.
(b42) I've encountered a bug that when I open my van window (Franklin Valuline), and peek outside my character stands up and clip through the roof.
I looked online for a fix and found your comment from a year ago:

But in the description of that mod FAQ section you can find a link to an in-progress mod that does.
And to save yourself a lot of headache I highly recommend getting "Mod Manager: Server" mod. It pulls the server mods configuration into a not strictly obvious place (main menu->mods->server button at the bottom->pick server from drop down list) but then you det basically same experience enabling mods as in single player, while mod manager sorts out dependencies and workshop items for you.
Скорее всего дело в цепочке зависимостей которые нужны для работы брони.
Для того чтобы можно было активировать мод на анимацию брони, нужно чтобы был активирован мод на саму броню - ванильный пакет StandardVehicleUpgrades3 - Vanilla.
Для того чтобы активировался ванильный пакет нужно активировать ядро StandardVehicleUpgrades3Core.
Для активации ядра нужно активировать Tsarlib.
Если на все моды есть подписка, то проблем активации не должно быть. По описанию проблемы могу предположить что не хватает подписки на ванильный пакет.

Thank you for letting know. Indded forgot to uncomment one line. Would hold off publishing the fix though - maybe some other problem would be reported so I can publish fixes to all in one go.
In fact consolidating interior walls, seats, steering wheel and potentially couple variants of engines and dashboards might be a good idea. I will pencil ti's task into the work queue.
But other tasks would have to take priority. Like figuring out what changed in VVE42 recently. Making SVU armor for racing cars. Making animations for Drive 90s cars. Making animations for wrecks... Actually that last one probably can go after enhancing seats.
Though when I ran into a problem with a mod after manually deleting a folder and steam not automatically re-downloading it, file verification was what helped me.
Also just to double check - is your server hosted from client or is it a dedicated server elsewhere? Because if the latter is the case you might have to temporarily ♥♥♥♥ the server down and force it to update mod rater than try fixing it from your client side.
Unfortunatery the Zomboid engine does not appear to use general directional light, so normals only factor into shader calculations in presence of artificial lighting like lamp posts. So my ability to define parts of the interiors mere than they already are is limited by existing textures.
Vanilla skins appearing alongside VVE textures is on VVE port.
