for some reason whenever I try to infect a npc with 610 from a specific mod, it does its animation thing but then it doesnt change to 610. Can you help?

idk if im doing something wrong but 173 seems to function normally but the moment the person looks away from him he instantaneously teleports through the whole map even going through solid walls fast enough to clip through them without touching them, kills every npc and then seems to just disappear. does anyone know if this can be fixed?
