This seems to be a recurring issue with map resource packs; for example, Chaparral and Watching Paint Dry overwrite the Generator, either replacing the model with a version that has a different UV map, or the texture with one that's mapped different (I don't know which one is the case)
I just don't really know how to fix this if I'm honest

The content pack messes up Textures for certain pipe models, and would also explain why the Urinals in the Map are messed up too.
