both, and from testing i think about 5 seconds is the consistent timer in ttt for forcing you out of the death cam

@moxie also do you want just the accumulation motion blur disabled or both the echoes and motion blur?

@moxie i could probably try making an alt version of this addon for that because idk how to add console commands that enable and disable certain effects of it or like add a timer for it, btw like how much time do you think would be acceptable to stop the effect early

would it be too much of a hassle to add a configurable timer to stop the effect early? was thinking of maybe using this for ttt yet the effect stays from the death cam into spectator until you spawn (the next round)
