Просто, это настолько комично смотрится - мы с другом заходим в аванпост, и спустя 5 - 10 минут наблюдаем за тем, как половина жителей и СБ погибает от радиации (это с учетом того, что мы дезактивируемся в душе).
Appreciate you man.
If you're playing with custom submarines, I recommend adjusting spawnpoint positions to not be in reactor room to avoid getting irradiated while loading in in case the reactor was damaged and leaking while loading into the next level.
I did this for all submarines included in the "Community Curated Subs - HENTIRER Edition" pack.
Just got some buds unwilling to sit through the arduous, and HORRID task of downloading like 10 mods that are less than 150mb total.
Or perhaps the reactor is leaking while bots are passing by and the engineer bot is busy repairing something else first.
@scrungus: Yep, you got it chief. That's exactly how the mod works and totally not a result of setting up the mod improperly as those 43.000+ users are in fact all unable to play.
But on a serious note: Check your load order. You 100% have another mod overriding reactors loaded above Enhanced Reactors, thus the radiation containment doesn't work and it just spits out all the radiation. Alternatively if you use a custom submarine that starts with an active, but damaged reactor, then that's the issue.
@kenanthebarbarian: Yeah I'm not sure why bots act so stupid. They sometimes just ignore or don't recognize the preferred containers for items in general and then proceed to store them in a different place. That's how fuel rod crates end up in ammo racks. AI behavior is hardcoded so I can't adjust it unfortunately.
@Chasquis: Yes! I'll adjust the description
>drop dead from radiation sickness before I even load in as Engineer.
10/10 mod design, disabling it immediately.

The suit only spawns in the submarine inside a container with the "reactorcab" tag.
@不可解: Place deconsol in it and then just interact with it. If nothing happens, you're already clean. It will only shower you if you're actually contaminated.
@Thephesis: I'll check on it. I might've missed moving the fabrication recipe to the modded version instead of vanilla rod.
@sew06wilk: That sounds like a broken mod install. Try reinstalling the mod from the ingame mod menu. Right-Click onto the mod -> view details -> top right corner hit the circular arrow to reinstall.
I'm assuming its just secretly buffed or something of the sort, but it feels painfully antidopamine to have the quality improvement and 100+ skill. Having the skill requirement extremely raised so that maxxed out talents, skills, levels and buffs to reach masterwork (or even just excellent) would be nice. Though this might fit better in Suggestions/Feedback
So it is indeed important to place Immersive Repairs below Enhanced Reactors for the radiation caused by Enhanced Reactor fuel rods to be properly contained.
As a sub-builder you shouldn't need to make adjustments in terms of consumption rate as the values on the fuel rods themselves have been changed by the mod, allowing them to be consumed slower by default.
@svenjamin: That sounds like a mod conflict. Radiation leaking at the start of the round is usually caused by another mod that's also overriding reactors loaded above Enhanced Reactors in your load order. Make sure to place Enhanced Reactors above any other mod that makes changes to reactors.
@Able: It's actually intentional.
@Mr. Orgasm: Hazardously Enhanced Reactors is outdated. I'm not planning to combine both mods. I made Enhanced Reactors because I wasn't happy with Hazardous Reactors. I know people may want some of its features in Enhanced Reactors, but I'm not really interested in them. The only thing from it I'd say Enhanced Reactors is lacking is the nuclear waste after a meltdown maybe.
@Xolid Blue: Either a broken installation or a mod conflict. Try reinstalling the mod and changing load order around.
@ragemode101: They require nuclear cartridges instead of fuel rods.
@Iluhanius: If you're using "Enhanced Reactors Lua" then that might be it, but otherwise I'm not sure. If your character is in godmode you can't hear it because it applies afflictions to the character to play the sounds, but godmode prevents afflictions on your character.
You are most likely experiencing a load order issue with some other mod above Enhanced Reactors overriding the reactors, causing them to leak the radiation and since the engineer usually spawns in the reactor room, they get irradiated.
@Raven: You might be playing with another mod (probably a weapon or talent mod) placed above Enhanced Reactors in your load order which also overrides the RFA and thus causes them to use fuel rods again.
