@The_enderdragon_destroyer It does nothing, it's supposed to represent a steering wheel but you can't actually turn because I have no way of having curves in the tracks the carrier leaves in the sand

@StrawWagen Hey thanks again for the feedback, sorry it took me this long but I think I've hopefully solved the problem now. The map runs a lot better (at least for me) and there's no longer janky physics inside the conning tower.

The problem is just
CShadowMgr::AddShadowDecalToSurface - overflowed m_ShadowDecals linked list!
CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted index range) (x1184480)

The problem is definitely in the bottom of the control tower or whatever
The room with the 6 beds, the fridge, the dining table, and stove.
