the only reason i bought black mesa is because i thought it could be mounted to gmod, and im not searching through files to do that, now im -27$ in my steam wallet and i cant even refund it because i bought it last christmas

Hey adam i got a question, how is there IBM props in the spawnlist but when i used gmad to open the gma there was no IBM's it was just the textures so I'm just wondering how they arent errors.

You need Black Mesa mounted to Garry's Mod, otherwise it will have a bunch of errors

IT WORKS YESSSSSS THANK YOU SO MUCH. I just used the example thing however not knowing that I had to use mine it was supposed to be D: Instead of :C. Now I can play this beautiful map thank you man. Appreciate the guidance.

That should be fine, as long as it's the entire path to the bms folder inside Black Mesa. My mount.cfg, for example, looks like this:

Thanks for helping me out, I'm still having issues I don't know if I am inputing them correctly or I'm not using the right one because, I bought if off steam and my thingy starts with like instead of the C: it starts with a D:

Gmod should be fully restarted after editing mount.cfg, yeah

So I did it and I used the steam version thingy. I pasted it in and I got errors still...

Fear not, if you just edit mount.cfg, even if you mess something up, your game won't really care. It'll just be like "hey we couldn't find this lol", and it'll just work as usual

hey so when i try to run the map it crashes gmod, ive mounted bms correctly and other maps work fine. any idea why it may be crashing the game?
