I looked at it in the sub editor and the seed bag has the tag "mobilecontainer" applied to it which lets it be put in slots usually reserved for medium items like tool belts and storage containers

This sub was made before the cab had bottom slots so it probably got glitched when it updated

How did you make the seed bag in the garden room able to be put in the bottom item slots of the cabinet

Make sure there isn't a hole in the garden's floor, it'll slowly leak water in and not show up on the status monitor. Normally there's the large pump in front ballast and that little pump in airlock to drain the shaft

Could you put a second pump in the airlock area? It takes way too long for water to drain from the main shaft
