Yo I am literally that person. I bought it first for ps4 and had it for a year with no internet, maxed out characters, unlocked a bunch of stuff, then had to overwrite it when I got internet. But I love the game, so I did it again. But I don't want to have to do it a 3rd time if I don't have to.

Vermintide 2 is super fun, it always will be. That fun is moot in the concept of having to 100% everything again. A game being fun is not an excuse for being hateful of a mod used for specific circumstances because your friends don't have 2 years to grind to be able to have fun at high diffs. To do so would be to act elitist or say "get gud" in a negative way. The point of being a veteran is to encourage fun and help people, not tell them to grind and not have fun. That turns people away, it never makes them want to continue.

For those in the comments saying this is cheating and you should "work for it"; that's not the point of this mod. Imagine you started Vermintide on console, and by the time you got it on Steam, you've gotten every class to 30 and you just wanna have fun with friends at high level, but you can't without everyone spending 60 hours to get every character to level 30 or coordinate to do only 12 hours or so to get one character to it. This mod allows you to skip the bs and go straight to max level to have fun.

When you've already grinded your ass off and have everything somewhere else, there's hardly much reason to waste even more time doing it all over again when you already have it done just so you can play with 'some' people somewhere else. It's part of why the grinds in games like Destiny is disliked, the constant endless grind only to have to do it all over again because one of your friends wants to only play on one specific platform and not yours.

Imagine commenting on this thinking it carries over to the Official Realm XD I'd hate to be the one to have to clean your drool bib every day, poor mom.

This mod works just as intended. It is toggable in game as well.

@Thomas stop keeping people from having fun. Its supposed to be a game that you have fun in, thats the entire point of a game, and its not fun when you can't do anything in the game.
