All map changes were made by editing lump files (.lmp). No edits were made to any bsp.
Other changes were made with vscript and mission file.

Hi, I was wondering how you properly changed this map. When I decompile l4d maps, there are so many problems I can't keep track. What is the proper way to do it? I have a great idea but I can't make it until I learn how.

I use Bspsrc, I check for leaks, when I fix the leaks, it still says the same leak is still happening.

Unfortunately you can't, but you can ignore it.
If you don't have the others it just does nothing, you can ignore it.

How can I remove the other versions of No Mercy from my playlist? I have Mercy Rehab but I am not interested in the other ones

because in order to make them compatible with the mod we have to include their mission files

Does this mod include the compatible maps in the download? I only have Rehab subscribed to on the workshop, but every compatible map appears in the campaign selection screen.

well that was certainly an interesting bug

And before you ask, they worked perfectly fine for me alongside eachother before the new update aslong as this addon was loaded last when the game loads addons.

was a bit upset, but what i meant was: since the new update, any addon that conflicts with this one COMPLETELY breaks No Mercy, an example being Random Object Spawner i'm pretty sure. All of the ground becomes these black with white outline tiles, probably navmesh indicators, and i saw some roof textures being missing textures. Either this addon's new update makes No Mercy broken if conflicting with some other addon, or it was an update pushed by Valve that i don't know of.

small idea but maybe l4d1 jockeys in the hospital could have striped pajama pants and perhaps a similiar top, similar to phantom's patient jockey from his mst jockey pack, would work pretty well with the l4d1 jockeys wearing socks, love the update btw

@Vinnie I realized that it is very similar to the New York police uniforms. If one day they make a patch or something like that, would you reuse that model? because the truth is they are very similar or else... what would they change about this model, obviously imagine that they did not use a model with the l4d2 masks

I've read somewhere that Fairfield (the city that No Mercy takes place) was based on Philadelphia, thus making the police uniform based on the real ones

@SirWololo I always wondered what the light blue police suit was for, it reminds me of the New Orleans police, if you could, could you explain why that decision is just out of curiosity haha ​​;:)

It's a problem on your side, the patch works fine.
Maybe an incompatibility with other mod, check your mods.

This still is compatible with No Mercy Apocalypse, try reinstalling the campaign.

And yes, we'll make the other "patches" eventually.

The TLS update gave the ability for police commons to drop nightsticks, thus removing the nightstick model off the police model

i wonder why people always remove the nightstick from the police infected

There's already a separate addon for the commons, tho im not sure if its updated

Odd question, will there be a future seperate collection of the common infected?. Like a collection of the common infected from all the patches for reguler "vanilla" gameplay.

There aren't any special tanks for the finales, except in Fairfield Terror which uses the beta styled skin.

the chapters leading up to the finale worked just fine, forgot to point it out

just the finale in general, i played with this patch a lot and i noticed the finale only uses the default tank model (with the mod i linked below). it also happens in Rehab, im unsure about Fairfield Terror
