For what it's worth, I am able to run with YAISM enabled, I don't know why but it's not caused any crashes lately (past couple of weeks or so)... yet.
YACM for sure crashes my game and so did YAISM but now, what ever happened, it's not crashing.
Regardless, I understand where you're coming from and I appreciate you stepping up to the plate to get some information. You speak on behalf of not just myself, but a few others I'm sure. I appreciate DeadRaiser clarifying the situation, and I doubly appreciate the work being done behind the scenes to get things up and running again. The "Yet Another" mods are a tremendous addition and the game just isn't the same without them.
With all that being said, I shall patiently await an update in silence.
Did we really reach a point where you can't offer any critique at all to mod authors without a bunch of white knights going "Don't complain, don't hurt Modders feelings, just keep praising and thanking him for everything he does, he's a fragile flower that needs our love!"?
Last I checked Steam was an open forum and everybody's allowed to voice their opinion. If you feel like my post will drive DeadRaise into a panic attack - feel free to fill this chat with support and praise to counter it. But trying to shame me/police this chat is hella cringe
THIS MOD WILL CRASH THE GAME CURRENTLY.
DO. NOT. USE.
Deadraiser has over a dozen mods he's working on that need updating for DLC7, don't be an entitled ass and give him an (entirely justifiable) excuse to bump this down the priority list.
Either way, no one is entitled to the work of the generous people who made this mod.
If you can be useful - and they wish your use - then be useful. Otherwise, be patient and grateful.
News at this time is: it will come in due course.
At this point the only hope is that somebody makes a fork of this mod for DLC7.
which is IN WORK :)
But yes.... it rocks ! no doubt :)
Confirmed through process of elimination, took time, but certainty was acquired!
Apologies for the repetitive questions and concerns others have asked already, but I look forward to seeing this fixed soon.
I miss my Blood Asp, and when it returns, nothing will stand in my way.
Once the mod is updated, do i get them back by reinstalling?
I'm hoping they are still "in the save" but since the mod is not installed, they are not recognized and just wont appear... Give me hope.
