Your problem is the .wav file itself, Garry's Mod or rather Source Engine will not accept a 32-bit wave file.

My custom sound will not play. I keep getting the error, "Unsupported 32-bit wave file headslowmo\robbie.wav
Failed to load sound "headslowmo\robbie.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository"
The directory is correct, im not sure whats wrong.

Thank you so much for your consideration. The only alternative to this is Fury Time - which works, but it forces me to listen to Duke Nukem talk about bubblegum every time I kill a monster.

I need a way for the slow-mo to activate when I kill a monster - headshot or no headshot - while also not activating when a citizen kills a monster.

Now, that's a whole different kind of comment. And, yeah, if you set the settings too high then of course it will be super slow-motion for a long time.

No im just warning the people that if you set it too high you'll watch a body fly across the room in S U P E R slow motion that takes 8 minuters just to get back to normal speed! im not posting a hate comment its just a warning although my other comment was a little extreme

Wow man, that is such ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This addon won't break any game as long as you don't have anything uncompatible.
And if you really wanted you could post your console log along so we could fix the problem, the fact you didn't proves you just came here to post hate comments.

That is impossible, the console has a lot more information. If you want my help please enable the debug mode and paste your entire console log. (a link to it if possible)

I don't really know if its compatible with that mod. Try disabling Blood and Gore Overhaul 4 temporarily and try it out.
