Is there a known way to prevent vehicles over a certain condition % being salvaged? I've found one that stops engine parts being taken above 60% but would like to prevent every reasonable condition car from being scrapped. Thank you.

so i don't know why, but every time i activate the mod and reload Lua, other mods get deactivated, including some clothes mods and some container mods

@Hayooo - it wasn't before, but now that the new system is in Lua, I could do that. I'll see about making that a sandbox option in the next update!

@Kouta - except for the engine rebuild feature (which requires the engine condition to already be at 90%) this mod doesn't touch the engine. Probably caused by another mod or it's a vanilla bug.

Is there a bug where one spare engine part repairs the engine to 100%, that seems to be happening with me. The engine can go from 0% to 100% in one engine part.

@Jiopaba - it depends on the vehicle. The capacity of trunks and containers on KI5 vehicles aren't affected by condition but vanilla and other vanilla-like vehicles probably are

?!??! Container repair level affects capacity? I didn't even realize that was supposed to be a thing, but that's pretty hype. Can't wait to cram even more stuff into my van after fixing up the last few trashed container bits.

I was going to release an update today but I found a couple last minute edge-case bugs so I'm going to hold off until Thursday. The update should hopefully fix any remaining bugs

@N. 44 - the mod doesn't touch the games UI. If disabling the mod doesn't fix the issue, it's not something caused by this mod.

Hi, I have little problem with this mod right now, I used it on my save and now I cant open car hood (animation, or green bar indicating that character is doing something is there but after its done nothing happend and same problem is in the car when I try to use one, I can start it by using "V" but I cant see anything else like speed or how much gas is left) Any idea what to do with it? Gamy is kinda playable but its kinda sucks. (Also subscribe and unsubscibe mod or reinstal it/delet it didnt work :/)

I added this onto an existing save and I have met all the requirements (metalworking 4, mechanics 3)but it still wont give me the option to salvage a vehicle. So Is there something I'm missing? Or does this not work on an existing save.

The mod doesn't support B42 multiplayer. Once B42 multiplayer is officially out I'll fix any bugs for it

Yep my 50% can wasn't full enough for a repair! I went into debug mode and spawned in a full can and verified it does work correctly!

@The Engineer - Hmm that sounds like a bug I fixed last update. You might want to resub to make sure you have the latest version. Also make sure you have enough in the Fix-A-Flat to actually do the repair

I am having an issue where it isnt seeing the fix a flat in my inventory.

ive tried on the ground, in all my bags, equipped and in the inventory of the vehicle and the repair is not registering I have fix a flat

I have this installed and when a friend repairs a vehicle part some of the repairs can be seen by others and some can not is this a known issue?

Is there a recommended load order position for this mod in 41? Specifically in relation to metalworking mods and car mods like Filibuster's? My instinct says it should go before said mods but wanted to double check.

Also thank you for a mod that's so good it's basically necessary as far as I'm concerned.

Apparently I broke the animations for inventory repairs in the previous update. That will also be fixed Tuesday

Also I've confirmed that the issue of the trunk capacity not updating is caused by VRO. Hopefully I'll have it fixed by Tuesday

@scheribold & @Gonadscratcher - I tested repairs with vanilla, PZK, KI5 hoods as well as other parts and can't find any issues. PZK vehicles use mostly vanilla vehicle parts so any vehicle added by that mod should be automatically supported.

If you're still having issues repairing specific parts please tell me the mod the vehicle is from and the part you're trying to repair and I will check if I've added repair options for it

@Hayooo - a couple of people have mentioned this. Someone else said the capacity updates after they reload the save. I'll look into it and see if it's something caused by the mod

@Vanyor - that's a bit out of scope for this mod and I believe there are mods available that allow you to do what you're asking.

Hello! Thanks for the mod!

Would it be possible to remove/ uninstall engines from a car and install on another one? I kinda want to use the Ambulance engines on other Franklin Valuline since they are the same type for example. Or just make a Standard, Heavy-Duty and Sports variants to make it simple.

In any case, thanks for the mod!

Thank you for the response, but what i meant to say was that when the seat reach 100% condition, you were able to keep repairing it, so you power-level tailoring+mechanic skills with only one seat and a lot of ripped sheets, denim, leather or thread
