Alrighty, the clown power affliction activates when you wear items with the clowngear and clownmask tag. In the Clown College Talent you can see that it needs both.

All clown masks should have the clownmask tag from my double checking. I could add the clown gear but are you really a clown with just a mask?

The Dallas and Hoxton masks don't count as clown gear for the perk tree, but if you are saying they do, then maybe I have a conflicting mod. I will do some mod testing and see which one is doing it.

Do you mean that the mask should give you Clown Power without the costume? I tested it together with the clown costume and it worked.

Not really, apologies for thinking this was dead, but the face masks and pilotkas (from what I know) are a bit weirdly placed on the faces of the characters. This is a reoccuring issue with many other headgears of the mod, but otherwise, its good.

Is the mod broken or something? I haven't seen requests that I really liked to be worth adding. Like gasmask would only help against air transmitted diseases but the infection and toxins seem to be mostly injected. With the alcohol free budenovka I will try something out. Also I think the cavalry hat is close enough to be used as a waterborne cowboy hat.
