1) - Temporarily disable all Addons apart from this map.

2) - Temporarily renaming your "models" or "material" folders as they might be conflicting with the map in some way.
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Your-Steam-Name-Here\garrysmod\garrysmod

3) - If above don't work Validate Garrys Mod from your steam game list. (Verify Steam Game Cache) ➔ http://pastebin.com/mTiutdSK

There is a bit of a exploit near the toilets that when peeps can use props then get over the hedge and into the under the map. Might need to be issued with if so?

Try disabling all your add-ons but enable only this map addon and reload the map.
Note everything is packing inside the map so one of your add-ons is conflicting with the map.
