although it does say

for the concrete, although the concrete texture is still default

it's probably something else including the default decals and further up the load order
do whereis "materials/decals/concrete/shot1.vtf" or whereis "materials/decals/concrete/shot1.vmt" in the console to see what could be doing that

yeah sorry, so the problem is that theyre not changing from the default decals. tried reinstalling both addon and game, verified integrity files, but that didnt work.

that's not very helpful, because i could interpret that as "decals don't appear" or "they're not changing from the default decals" or a number of other things and neither of the two are something i can solve

decals dont work, doesnt work either with the og addon, they worked on my new pc but on my new one it doesnt work, any help?

Does anyone know any tips on reducing stuttering and FPS drops during intense gunfights? I am having performance issues in relation to how guns perform either from me or NPC's especially if I and other npcs are using non half life 2 weapons it is significantly worse ... going through my mods right now trying to clean up the chaff. Great mod btw!

Something is wrong with my ballistics in terms of my current modset. Guns cause an insane frame rate drop. Thinking of maybe turning off dlib's motion blur, maybe some other things like DOF and shell smoke etc? So far TFA's options did not help that much... experimentation required.

it appears that the concrete bullet holes are just the tf2 ones, i dont believe i have any other bullet hole mods.

For some reason when I shoot metal, the decal is MASSIVE. Like it went from a 9mm impact to a .50 BMG. Is it cause a conflicting addon or did I break something?
