@virox, if you have the local files and the steam files it confuses the game, so don't subscribe to your own mod

so a quick check and it seems that the mod works fine with base game, but when i tried to run it with anbennar it decided to not load properly anymore, it can be fixed by making anbennar one of it's dependancies ("Anbennar: A Fantasy Total Conversion"), this may be due to anbennar using the replace function, or some other borked interaction. All i know is the dependancy made it work again

i reinstalled, and now it does and it doesn't sometimes. it's random, it stops working mid session

Sorry to bother, I've been trying to update the mod but it keeps downloading the old version with "1.*. *" in both ugc and the descriptor.

Unsure what went wrong, but keep in mind the launcher reads the supported_version from the descriptor, not mod, though I tend to update both places just to be sure. It's also possible it's not updated internally because:

The trick with 1.*.* hasn't worked in years ever since the new launcher, every time I tried it on a fresh mod, the launcher would override the entire line and default to exact version that's currently up (eg. 1.35.6), so it's best to just put "v1.37.*" and be done with it. This should be the last EU4 version anyway, allegedly.

For the first time in ages, this mod needs to update just the supported_version since they changed how mod versioning works in 1.37.

Please, just update .mod + descriptor to:
supported_version="v1.37.*"
to get rid of the ugly warning in launcher and EU4 errors in error.log.

Love the mod, been using it for years!

"Provinces across straits get captured as well" can you make it only works if you have sea access? So if there are ships blocking the strait, you can capture the other side

There needs to be a fundamental change in the core game for on_actions to accumulate instead of overwrite.

Can confirm your suspision.
It seems as they added an "on_siege_won_province" action and those "on_actions" don't merge but overwrite each other :steamfacepalm:

I believe the reason is the update of Missions Expanded (Europa Expanded) from 22.01. I don't see any conflicts though.
