sorry,but german police,not even close,if im correct that is a WW2 nazi german trench coat uniform,and the gasmask most of the time they didnt use,and im not shure if they had any form of police or milatary police in WW2,but in place the nazi germans took over they would have soldiers guard the streets.

Gestapo were not regular German Police. They wore plain clothes/that tan trenchcoat people associate them with.
What this looks like to me is an occupational army's police force among the citizenry although the gas masks don't really fit with that to me.

i believe you are mistaken. german police officers wore silly hats (somewhat silly, maybe), and neve used gasmasks.

The gasmask is from the CSS SAS character. They hacked into this model. In fact most of the gas mask models in source engine have the same gasmask. Is easier to do this than creating a new one from scratch

The SAS is British. I think the creator of this model merged two models together.
