This is a pretty top notch mod.
While a lot of people say that 'no shell ejection' or 'no fancy animations' make this lackluster, I disagree. Most mods that keep coming out that claim to upgrade or reimagine this one keep missing some major things that this mod gets right. It keeps the arms intact, rather than warping or stretching them at the wrists, this mod also keeps the laser sight when equipping it on the gun instead of it flat out vanishing like the others and the overall animations are good with this mod.
Besides needing a little more jerk upon firing before cocking the shotgun or the shell ejection, I am using this mod all the time when I play, instead of the other 'upgrades'. a decent 8.5/10!

Hello Tööttieläin, I wrote some stuff on the second page but I guess you missed it so sorry for double posting, I wanted to ask if there is a chance that you can upload another separate Spencer 1882 pump shotgun replacer with the older animations?
Of course if it is not too time consuming and in case you still kept the old animations, if you haven't then it's ok, it's not that important, just asking because I really liked the first iteration for some reason.

There's no shell eject particle effect, nor a shell eject model. And I personally do think the autoshotgun's bolt cocking sounds might have suited the reload animation better, but that's your call.

You think you'll keep those in mind if you decide to update?

@ Nebberkadnezzar: It's been a while since I updated this, but I think I used shotgun shell particle for the ejecting shell unless I simply forgot and didn't notice. Been a while, so I can't remember :D

I used the AK bolt sounds on purpose. I needed separate sounds for opening and closing the action. Vanilla pump shotgun's pumping sound didn't have that option. Now that I think about it, I probably could have used the bolt sounds of SPAS or the other autoshotgun. Didn't think about that back when.

There have been several lever-action shotguns submitted in the past, but none in the full stock version or with such beautiful animations. Well done!

However, some (constructive) criticism with the firing animation, as well as something I noticed during reload:
- During the lever-action sequence after each shot, shouldn't a spent shell automatically be ejected? This can be done either by animating a spent shell flying out (like in Strifer's shotgun animations, for instance) or via particle effects.
- During the reload animation, I noticed the AK47's bolt-cocking sounds are referenced. Was there any specific reason for using them here instead of, say, the sounds of the pump shotgun or autoshotgun?

Other than that, absolutely fantastic!

Hi Tööttieläin I am a big fan of your fine weapon model replacers, especially the Winchester 1887, it is a perfect Chrome shotgun replacer. There is just one problem I found with the latest update of both the chrome and regular replacers, and that is a missing shotgun ejection particle effect that also shows up in console as an error. I had an older version of your Winchester backed up and after loading it in, the older version had no errors and had correctly ejecting casings. Also this might sound like a weird request but is there a chance that you can upload another separate Spencer 1882 pump shotgun replacer with the older animations? I really like the new textures but there are some of us who liked the older handling and it would be awesome if you could. Best regards.
