Theory: i guess north yankton is state its like liberty city = new york, virgin islands = rhode island, san andreas = california, north yankton = north dakota, south yankton = south dakota i think

Well, tons of things not has any collision (not just snow) and all buildings isn't enterable. So, this is just a boring scenery. :steamsad: I'm kinda disappointed.
