Is it possible to change the warpaint? I don't use Nexus so is there any cheat which can deal with this?

I just wanted to say that I love this Mod. Great job! I had no problems at all. I love the tweaked face design.

Didn't work even after may days but I don't have the Nexus upgrade.

I really like your mod Axeface. She looks so much better now. My thamks go to you.

@Axeface since you are great at redoing faces ( i use both your mods ) could you try to change the face of brelyna maryon form the college of winterhold? might be a bit harder since shes a dark elf but i would love to see what you could do with her face!

I love that it's: NO OTHER MODS REQUIRED! I hate downloading a bunch of mods just to get one working or looking the same.

Similar issues as those below. Since I don't have anything that I know of that specifically addresses Aela or the Companions in general, I extracted the BSA file to try some testing.

If I only use the DDS file, the texture loads just fine. If I load the NIF file, I get the darkened tan with no tattoo. Not sure if this helps troubleshoot anything for those with more modding knowledge, but at least I have part of it mod working. I don't know if BSA files normally extract after installation or not, but placing both files manually required no file replacement...

Yea, it's strange, my Aela also is paintless.. I tried manually placing it after Better faces by Bella and it is still like this.. Mjoll on the other hand is fine.. and both of them are in the same order, and they're both hireable followers..plus I have nothing that affects the Champions or werewolves..hmm..perhaps you should check the problem out deeper? Maybe a dirty edit somewhere? Change in the master files? Love the warpaint you have on her, would be a shame to lose it :/

The mod has glitched, Aela has no warpaint of freckles.

@Degrelecence. Sorry but that simply isnt true. This mod is completely and utterly devoid of scripts, it has no script and isnt one. If you are talking about things getting saved into save games then yes, that happens. But with faces, all it takes it a reload/move out of the cell. He has left some files from another aela FACE mod in his install dir.

@Axeface: Unfortunately that just isn't true. I don't know if this mod causes issues after uninstalling or not but any mod that you run for a second leaves scripts within the savegame which persist after you uninstall the mod, whether you got it from Workshop or not.

@bomchele66. You installed the other mod manually? Sounds like you left loose files in the folder. In any case, if you unsubscribe from this mod it cant cause issues because it doesnt exist. Steam workshop mods are totally self-contained.

Hey i downloaded your mod a few days back and found another... sorry :/ but i figured out when i unsubscribed from your mod that it resulted into her face being changed into a tanner look then her whole body almost exactly alike the mod you have her without the warpaint ... i then resubscribed and tried to reverse the affect but nothing...

Like so many other people, I wish you would upload the original warpaint version here. You can have both! After screwing around with Nexus for almost 7 years (since Oblivion, but also used it for Skyrim, FO3, and FO-NV) I am just not interested anymore. I like the way Workshop streamlines everything. :)

I don't have any other mods that edit Aela. The only other mod I use is Mjoll Facelift but Aela's face doesn't change.

Hi Im having trouble editing Aela with the creation kit. If I save the plugin file the head looks darker then the body and the warpaint also do not show hear do not change color?. Cant some one help?..

You should remake the Blades Ceremonial Armour for skyrim! It was my favorite armor in Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul.

I usually dont like mods that change Aela, but this one is very nice, except i agree with those who like the original warpaint, as suiting her character better. But U say U even have that original style warpaint with this nicer face on Nexus, so thats cool. :) Good job!

I've figured out that it's not the eyes, it's the original eyebrows. If you changed the eyebrows and kept everything else the same it'd be even better I think. But you probs won't want to bother with that work, so I'll do it myself.

I like it, but the new eyes make her look a bit sad or depressed. Not the best choice there.

She looks alot better in my opinion. More pretty, those damn stripes she had before made her look like she had some rare disease of the face lol

If at all possible, you should make it (or another version) keep the original style of stripes, but make them thinner, more translucent, and not go onto her lips.

I Like it, really I do, but I miss the orginal, something about the markings, im not to keen on these ones. Love your work though! :)

Best aela mod imo but its a shame that this is the only one which conflicts with everything that changes followers in any way.
