Patch 1.4.0

Balance Changes:
Power required for recharging and idling for shield generators are now independent (ReCh|Idle):
- Small shield generator (LG) = 66|48 MW
- Small shield generator (SG) = 3|1.75 MW
- Medium shield generator = 120|96 MW
- Large shield generator = 180|120 MW

Reduced the following component requirements for the LG Large Shield Gen:
- Reduced Superconductor requirement from 1200x to 900x

Reduced the following component requirements for the LG Shield Capacitor:
- Reduced Power Cell requirement from 100x to 70x
- Reduced Gravity Component requirement from 75x to 25x

Patch 1.3.0

Power felt a bit too high. Reduced power consumption to be a bit more manageable. Further fine-tuning will be performed as needed. Feedback is welcome.

Balance Changes:
- Reduced power requirement for Small Shield Gen (LG) from 72MW to 48MW
- Reduced power requirement for Small Shield Gen (SG) from 2.5MW to 2.0MW
- Reduced power requirement for Medium Shield Gen from 120MW to 96MW
- Reduced power requirement for Large Shield Gen from 180MW to 144MW
- Reduced power requirement for Shield Capacitor (LG) from 4MW to 2MW
- Reduced power requirement for Energy Converter (LG) from 8MW to 6MW
- Reduced power requirement for Energy Converter (SG) from 1.5MW to 1.0MW

Patch 1.2.0

Updated thumbnail and mod title/name. After some consultation with someone who knows Japanese, I learned I used the wrong spelling...

Fixes:
- Applied the same DamageCurve variable to NPC shield generators. Changed from ShieldLinearDamageCurve to ShieldFullBlockDamageCurve.

Balance Changes:
- Increased NPC large-grid shield value from 175k sHP to 200k sHP. Hopefully, this brings it more in line for PvE scenarios. May update further depending on feedback.

Fixes:
- Incorrect DamageCurve variable used in the medium and large shield generators. Changed from ShieldLinearDamageCurve to ShieldFullBlockDamageCurve. Shields should now deplete linearly based solely on damage type.
