Update to version 1.2.1

- Revamped orb spawning (now they are randomized)
- Removed doors and planks to prevent impossible runs (for if an orb spawns in a blocked off room)
- Added legacy orb spawning setting (gives orbs their old spawns and brings doors / blockades back)
- Diving bell door can be closed and opened whenever now, not only when all the orbs are collected
