Add Elmo Combined Echelon unit.

Balance changes:
- Squad leaders and breachers (and Voymastina) can now kick down locked doors in one kick (requires remaking squad).

Add voice lines for Alva and Voymastina.
Fix "Weapon Transistion Drills" doctrine not applying.

Add medic greandes to heal units in a radius:
- Given to Alva, Voymastina, Andoris, Centaureissi, Colphne.
Fix reloads of Springfield and Nemesis.

Fix Colphne's gun having no sounds.
Fix typo in 'The Female Gorilla' doctrine.

Balance changes:
- Moderately reduce effectiveness of all armor.
- Give special armor to Krolik to make it easier for her to approach enemies.
- Give Colphne a riot shield to hopefully make her less useless.
- Increase melee damage of AK-15.

Add Groza Squad as a unit.
Fix some weapon models to be held correctly.
Fix hair in several character models.
Fix internal file structure to be more compatible with base game and other mods in the future.

Balance changes:
- Slight move speed changes across the board to better reflect GFL2 movement speed.
- Restrict dolls to only being able to equip their signature weapon as a primary - this allows me to do more interesting things with dolls, weapons, and doctrines without becoming a balancing nightmare.
- Switch several attack types from NWS to Rangers.

Fix Andoris doctine not revealing enemies at mission start.
Balance changes:
- Minor health reduction to all dolls.
- Reduce rate of fire and increase damage of M1903 and WA2000.

Fix one of DEFY doctrine nodes not being visible.
Add initial doctrines for 404 and Zucchero (no UI art).
Add suppressive fire ability to weapons: AK-15, G36, and G36K.
Balance changes:
- Slightly decrease incapacitation chance of all units.

Add ability for all units to kick down locked doors - this requires making a new squad.

Fix to use Leva and Lenna as names instead of UMP45 and UMP9 in game.
Fix wordings in DEFY doctrines.
Fix loadout page to be able to unequip equipment.

Initial release - includes Task Force DEFY, H.I.D.E 404, and Zucchero Café.
