- Removed a small Debug Patch that caused harmless yellow errors (was junk)
- Attempted a fix for defeat check with RimCities

Added Vehicle Framework to incompatibilities (for now) because some sillies skip descriptions (I'm sillies sometimes).
I'm working on fixing it!
