- Howler will now only incapacitate on Advanced / Aggressive Difficulty instead of Instakill (Instakill is now reserved exclusively for Nightmare / Expert)
- Shoving a Howler will now count as touching it, either Incapping or Killing the player that shoved it
- Can now spawn the Howler at will if sv_cheats is on

- Updated to match the QoL changes I implemented in the Redux version of the Honkler

TL;DR:

- If the Howler tries to spawn during a panic event or tank attack, it will wait until after those have ended before spawning
- Aesthetic adjustments to howler killing survivors
- Slightly nerfed instakill distance
- Heavily reduced the length of time a Howler takes to be killed with fire (especially on Nightmare difficulty)

I arise from the dead for another update:

- Many spawn mechanics updated to make it so that - in general - Howlers spawn a little more often on higher difficulties and a little less often on Easy
- Howlers cannot spawn unless the survivors have made it to at least 15% of the way through the level (unless you take too long)
- Created a Music Cue for when the Howler spawns to better alert players when a Howler spawns (pretty dread inducing imo)

Music Cue is "Suicidal Clock Chime" from Silent Hill 4: The Room
