-A handful of small fixes I forget
-Fixed Another Man's Treasure
-Updated Russian Localization
-Reduced skill requirements and adjusted prices on a bunch of "exo"/heavy weapons
-Increased the fabrication and deconstruction cost/yield of standard exosuit
-Changed the crafting recipes for all job exos and most purchaseable exos to require a standard exosuit as a base, along with some fitting items for what the exosuit does.
-Changed the exosuit talents to not check or care about which job you are and hopefully give talents more consistently now
-Changed level requirement for job exosuits to 14 so they are more late-game items now to not make dive suits as irrelevant
-Removed the standard exosuit from all job exosuit talents except for mechanic so you either require a mechanic to supply exosuits for your job *or* to find an exosuit on a wreck and clean it up.
