Fixed incoming.sqf again after it broke due to changes in A3 engine. Now messages on editor and dedicated servers should be in the form of
Type of missile (IR, Radar, Unknown), Clock direction relative to plane, high or low, and distance
eg IR Missile, 3 O'clock, High, 4112,4 Meters

Fixed some missiles,values,and Added FIR_AMS_LITE support for fighters, helicopters and bombers(if they have transportpylons)

Improved Soviet AA missiles, Added data link to bombers (they now have sensors and receive data by default), fixed AA missile weapons by adding lock delay, fixed sensor readings (eg increments on radar now go from bigger to smaller)

Fixed cruise missiles on bombers so they don't spin and wobble in place. Incoming.sqf now fires flares no matter cmflarelauncher or pook's special one
