npcs default holdtype - no longer tpose!!!!

Small change to HideBones functionality
isadmin fix lole
ATT.Folder = "Base/Flat Color/Drab" -> ATT.Folder = "Base"
If no file -> bugger off
no toggle att during inspect, proper button text
maybe fix controller dragging away?idk
recoil fix mayb

Visual recoil should be more accurate
Looping sounds for projectiles
Stickers can be put on attachments now
Dummy out less useful effects

Added the new gun screen system, based on a model by SherrifDoggo.
Added two gun screens, a kill counter and a basic clock.
Added various flat color camos to the base (By Aerosun).
Added arc9_hud_showunowned.
