Added three new callouts:

- Mourn Ally
Looking at the ragdoll of a friendly NPC/Player and pressing the +USE key will trigger a callout

- Taunt Enemy Corpse
Looking at the ragdoll of an enemy NPC/Player and pressing the +USE key will trigger a callout

- Shoot Corpse
Shooting the ragdoll of an enemy NPC/Player will trigger a callout

Multiplayer-wise the callouts might go a bit weird with NPCs that are friendly to one Player and hostile to another. Not the best as far as implementation goes, but otherwise there shouldn't be too many issues.

- Added new callout: Airborne Vehicle

Trigger a callout when the player is inside a vehicle and airborne. Has minimum duration and height off the ground settings

- Added option to toggle on/off weapon jam and clear callouts individually

- Added grenade throw support for VManip quicknade

Personally I'm unhappy with the implementation, as it's literally hijacking the VManip netmessage, but it's the only feasible way I could implement the function

If it starts causing trouble, you can disable the interaction through the module settings.

- Added new callouts

Compliment Ally
- Callout that triggers when a friendly NPC/Player kills a hostile NPC/Player

Enter/Exit Vehicle
- Entering or Exiting a vehicle triggers a callout
- Separate callouts for driver and passenger seats (tested with Simfphys vehicles)

Roadkill
- Running over an NPC/Player triggers a callout
- Separate callouts for hostile and friendly kills

- Potential fix for friendly fire callouts triggering after death

- Takedowning callout will now trigger if the player is holding the BSMod punch weapon

Note that since there is no way to differentiate between who is doing the takedown vs the takedown victim, any player who is holding the weapon whilst being takedowned will trigger the takedown callout, rather than the reaction.

I cannot fix this.
