~ Fixed missing textures + broken envmap normals on metal textures (thank you CaptainCrazeh for the report!)
~ Fixed silly displacement in an incredibly small brush which would result in vbsp miraculously failing to compile with no error
~ Fixed incomplete navmesh

~ Added missing details in extended part of map
~ Added in more smoke/fog around skybox
~ Added missing rain sound effect
~ .VMF file is renamed to cr_city1704demo
~ Removed useless .smd and .psd files in models folder
~ An increase in file size :steamhappy:

~File size reduction (860mb to 360mb)

~Fixed optimization with addition of areaportals, occluders and normal vvis compilation (would you believe the old version had 20 THOUSAND numportals??)

~Disabled HDR (due to map's complexity and VRAD's cries for help)

~Map expansion + new extra details
