Removed Sep Abandoned Outpost missions, replaced them with clowns and cultists.
Patched DBattery spawning in headsets every round for players, AI still get free batteries.
nerfed DBattery, now more useful in the plastic headset only.
plastic headsets can now break, you will have to upgrade.
nerfed long range radio by replacing sonar with beacon.
