Added dedicated server support: In order to make changes to parameters, a player must have the role "admin" or "owner" or they must be the one, hosting the (local) server.

Restructured internal storage of parameters.
=> !! You will have to RECONFIGURE environmental and block parameters !!

Added the following option:

• Weather Settings
Define the damage of lightning strikes (can be reduced to 0 to make them harmless) and whether or not lightning strikes can hit grids and/or player characters.

- Added reputation multipliers for standing changes.
- Default values are now loaded for most parameters during the first run (only for those, where it makes sense - for example various armor shapes have different deformation ratios, so there cannot be "one" default value)

- Added an option to ignore the jetpack settings in creative mode (useful, if you branch off your savegame to test something in creative mode)

- Added settings for ore richness / density (amount of ore mined from a certain amount of voxel volume)

- Added support for custom character models from Male character variety and Female character variety.

- Added support for AQD - Armor Expansion: These custom armor shapes are now affected as well. Note: As of 2021-03-15 they do not have a derformation model associated to them. So even if you configure a deformationRatio > 0, you won't see actual graphical deformation for these custom armor shapes.

Initial release with support for the following parameters:

- Maximum Speed for small and large grids
- Missile Speed (Initial and Target Speed)
- Small/Large Ore Detector Scanning Range
- Light/Heavy Armor Resistance and Deformation Ratio (can be applied to all shapes as well)
- Jetpack effectiveness (limits the usage of character (female+male) Jetpacks to "Space" (0.00g) or "Moon" (0.25g))
- Asteroid Ore Spawning (select which ores can spawn in asteroids; can be used alongside "Procedurally Generated Ore" to override "Scarce Resources")
