Info: I had to hide the stairs because of placement problems

WARNING: These parts of the building may still have problems with stability. I recommend that you do not build any essential buildings with them at this time. I might have to do some fine tuning and placed deco can lose stability and be destroyed. This notice is placed on each of these elements and will be removed as soon as they reach the final version.
