-removed force shop mode variable and added auto shop detection

-added moddable variable to force shop mode

-fixed bug where player would sometimes get extra pickups out of nowhere when a run is continued

-fixed bug where boss room check wasnt detecting if the boss room was cleared

-spent ages trying to fix weird bug with greeds gullet and entering/leaving shops, gave up and just decreased shop coin max to 20 as a workaround to stop greeds gullet triggering naturallly outside of the mods code

-added console command to show current caps
-added console messages on update commands

small refactor

-fixed incorrect calculations when using '2 of' cards when player has tarot cloth

-changed shop coin cap to 50 so it can better detect if the player gets coins while in a shop
