removed unused variable that was copied from the pack version

added check for revelations trapdoors

updated to use shop coin display when theres a trapdoor

fixed bug where if you started with 10+ of a pickup it would lose some when checking the save file

-fixed bug with giving keeper health when entering a shop

added checks for no dispenser mod

fixed bug the mod breaking if the save file is deleted for some reason, now it just writes a new one

updated money = power code to take other mods forcing cache updates into account

rebuilt money = power code completely to be much simpler and more stable, can still get rounding errors though
