- Fixed a crash if run with CHL but not XModBase

- Added additional CHL fixes of properly applying crits to attacks that guarantees hits on attacks that were converted to hit due to aim assist.
- Moved CHangeHItResults to after calculating aim assist.
- If CHL is enabled, will now properly show defense bonus breakdown from target.
- Abilities that guarantee crit will now apply to indirect fire and objectives.
- Now detect the presence of XModBase Redux and applies any modifiers from its effect interface.

- Added ability to enable/disable good cover bonus for xcom and non-xcom
- This also increments the config version which will make the mod properly remind users that the configs need to be changed again due to last updates accidental change.

- Fixed a bug where using the mod without CHL causes a crash when using a weapon with a weapon upgrade that modifies crit chance.

- Fixed some config file error causing Gambler Rolls to not have an effect (unless you have a keen eye to notice it when enabling it)
- Added WOTC abilities into config
- Made overwatch + perfect information + dirty cinematic less spoilerly when multiple overwatches occur (this was not the case in vanilla, the new visualisation tree changed this in wotc).

- Fixed SHOW_CHANCE=true and DIRTY_CINEMATIC=false not working
- Clamped dodge to 0% so it don't show negative numbers
