@blwells45 it's very difficult to update textures from 4 years ago. I've "updated" assets, which was basically making an entirely new model, but making it look the same. There's another more recent Dillards on the workshop however.

I would love to see an update to this model. The textures are starting to look very dated.

@fatfluffycat just change the RICO settings to reduce it to the amount of jobs that you want it to have. I noticed that it gets an awful lot of deliveries too, but I don't know why, it has the same RICO settings as Macy's and Macy's doesn't get many deliveries

I have so many trucks delivery goods to it. And there's a long line of trucks waiting, looks like a cargo terminal or cargo hub. Does anyone else have this problem?

Cool stuff, i wish someone would make some other Arkansas assets. Like Wal Mart hq, or Tysons, and some others like ABF (arkansas best freight), and/or JB Hunt. Most of these are from my hometown area of Fayetteville, AR
