描述
Take a plane or heli or alien ship and fly up above the clouds (and that weird alien spaceship)

Important
If the mod crashes your game or doesn't work at all and you're playing on the newest patch (Re-Elected) you need to switch the game version. Go to your Steam Library > Right Click on Saints Row IV > Properties > Betas > and select sriv_legacy. Sadly I'm unable to update the mod to work with Re-Elected version. People who released Re-Elected patch messed something up in the game's code so it breaks some of the mods. Thank you and sorry for the problems.

Should I change the tweak_table.xtbl instead cuz i already have one or subscribe? Like if i subscribe wouldn't it conflict with the tweak_table.xtbl I have?

I made it sorta above the limit with a glitch, I was surprise the tallest building is solid on top.
