2x4 Secure Carpark (Updated with in-game Thumbnail)

I added a few more benches and moved some items around for more realistic placement (trash cans).

I wanted to create a car park that would fill in some commonly sized gaps in my city. I like to put parking spaces next to parks, hospitals, and unique buildings for more realistic cities.

Some people are poorly/double parked and two cars are illegally parked for more realism.

Total of 14 parking spaces.
