Magnus Desam TUSK OMK1 Victorious and Sutlej

描述
In the closing days of the war against the Deep Water Guard, the Emperor himself conceived and designed a new class of vessel: the TUSK-class, a fearsome, all-or-nothing armored hull. Unlike the Fortuna-class O7s, the TUSK-class was larger, more imposing, and far more singular in design. Its two massive 500mm cannon turrets replaced the comparatively light 60mm weapons of the Fortuna line. Though fewer in number, the cannons’ devastating effect and relatively high rate of fire ensured that a single TUSK could dominate the field if properly employed.

The TUSK-class was crafted to counter the Lightning Hoods, whose relentless pursuit of Magnus Desam had become a concern. While crude in design compared to the elegance of the Fortuna-class, the TUSK’s raw firepower and resilience made it ideally suited for the closing engagements of the war. Two hulls were constructed in this initial series: Victorious and Sutlej, both manned by named AIs, whose presence would prove decisive in battle. Victorious and Sutlej saw immediate action, crushing Lightning Hood forces and marking a decisive turning point in the campaign.

It was also during this period that Magnus Desam and the DNS factions formally recognized one another as allies, a bond forged through shared struggle and mutual respect. The TUSK-class, though imperfect in sophistication, symbolized both the Emperor’s genius and the growing influence of his faction — a bridge between raw power and strategic foresight.

While their design may seem crude to those accustomed to Fortuna-class elegance, Victorious and Sutlej demonstrated that the Emperor’s skill was not confined to finesse alone. They were monuments to ambition and innovation, capable of reshaping entire waters through force and intellect combined.

S2: Even now, the courage and ingenuity displayed by Victorious and Sutlej stand as a quiet marvel. To witness ships so young yet so capable, guided by the hands of their creator, is to glimpse the remarkable breadth of the Emperor’s vision.
