Around 2 months ago, several raids occured on the homes of the extended family of members of the Nowheraki Counter Terrorism Service. Family members were taken hostage and the Lions of Babylon have made it clear that any use of the NCTS would result in the immediate execution of the hostages.

Needless to say, we've had to keep the NCTS in the barracks this whole time instead of cleaning up the streets.

One of our deep cover assets gave us a hot tip on the location of some of the hostages, and that's where you're heading.This place is supposed to be a self-storage facility but it's secured rooms have been turned into makeshift prison cells. We can't tell if this is owned by a Lions front or if they just strongarmed the owner into letting them use the place.

just remember that the wide open hallways and grated doors make it easy for executioners to get spooked and execute their charges!
