map edit of d2_coast_04 that adds the stuff from e3_seafloor :3

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!-----------------------------------------------------
this map edit may have some issues with some map retextures

FEATURING!!!--------

~The ramp that leads up to the dock (essentially allowing you to speedrun) crane is still there too tho
~one of the houses (other one will come later)
~the train bridge
----------------------------

keep in mind this is my first map edit so there will be bugs!!!

You should fix the cubemaps. You can do it by just typing "buildcubemaps" into the console after compiling the map. Then, just update the mod to include that version of the map.
