[COMMS] L4D1-Styled "Operative Black Tactical" Desert Eagle

This replaces the textures for the "Operative" Desert Eagle skin with a more worn and darker apparence in line with L4D1's artstyle and a bit inspired by CSS's Nighthawk as well.
