Scattered Citizen Uniforms [ REPLACEMENT ]

My most stupidly ambitious yet most promising project yet, a complete rehaul of the humans in half life 2! Inspired by the Extended Citizens mod, now with less glasses and a more winter-ish theme!
(This mod took over a week to get done!)

Now with more variety between them without having to mess with any RNG, this makes it so there aren't any inconsistency bugs between map changes OR whenever an npc dies. But that's okay! I improvised by making the changes between each citizen a little subtle so you could barely tell the difference between each one!.. or atleast I tried to, if you're very familiar with the faces then that's a whole new story LOL

As for the Refugees.. I always did find it strange how these people hide underground or wherever they can within the city, but never conceal their identity like real life refugees. This mod adds a bit of realism to that, not only are some of them cooler looking, but ALL of them have their identities hidden and are more anonymous, based off the refugees here in my country! minus the arabic aesthetic.

Some refugees are also medics, just a little detail to show that medics aren't exclusively rebels and have been refugees as well, just more hidden away and spread out from station to station due to the fact they'd be protected because of their role.
