Thrones can be assigned to anyone and they will use it for meditation. As a bonus, if you have Ideology installed, Leaders can give their Leader speeches from the throne.

this it bitty bit broken!

It can cause the loading screen that follows the Create Characters menu to freeze if you fiddle with your starting colonists for too long.

I don't know if it's a conflict with Vanilla Psycasts Expanded or just a regular oversight.
