Wastepacks Dumping Expanded

1. Image presents default settings of mod.
2. List of avaiable factions and memes update automatically, as you enable ANY other mods, which add new ones. Mod doesn't need to be loaded after those.
3. Mod settings can be changed even during playing. Don't forget to save. Restart isn't required.
4. Up to 4% of dumped wastepacks can be 'accidentally' not counted or 'accidentally' added to dumped amount.
5. Gifts depend on polluted faction tech level, you can see more details at "Rewards" disscusion.
6. You can suggest in comments to add any other gifts you want from toxic enjoiers, but first explore "Reward" part of description. (rn deleted)
7. Limit of wastepacks and reset interval can be changed at settings. Restart isnt required.


(whole mechanic can be disabled in mod options. By disabling it, you must understand, that it will make this mod other mechanics imbalanced.)

— Should be safe to add/remove to/from existing save.
— Should be compatible with nearly all mods.
— Don't forget to SAVE all settings after changing them.
— Please report any errors and any incompatibilities this mod caused.

Mod which made me create my own one: "Wastepacks Dont Anger Wasters" (because had no 1.6 and change only wasters... sorry...)
Checked: compatible, but make wasters just ignor pollution with any settings. Other factions works fine.
